State of the Sun Address

"Hello.  I'm Günter Varick."

"A lot has happened over the past year, so before we begin season three I've been asked to give a recap of all that's occurred so far."

"Please draw your attention to the screen."

"I arrived in the house two years ago, and spent a quiet few months in relative peace."

"Then Syn, a rock-star guitarist with a habit of setting things on fire, came to a friend of my person's house, and all that changed."

"But Syn can be charming, and I found even myself growing close to him."

"Then Tachi arrived here from Japan, and I found in him a good friend."

"The rest of Syn's band arrived at his place, bringing Malice and Havoc..."

"And Tachi was a happy fanboy." >_>

"After that came Syn's cousin, Cillian, from Ireland."

"Then our house gained another roommate.  An older gentleman from Britain, Dr. M. Brishen."

"Unfortunately, old prejudices run deep, and there was strong tension between our Englishman and their Irishman."

"Then at Syn's place came Fulton, a journalist from Denmark, and later on Ardan, Cillian's brother who had been living in America."

"Now, during this time, I...  Well..."

"Despite his insistence to the contrary, I had been convinced of Tachi's romantic feelings for Syn.  Not wanting to flaunt my relationship with the idol, I distanced myself from him."

"Though this may not have been the best course of action.  All it did was make everyone miserable, including Tachi."

"......  I never said I was good at human relations."  -_-

"So, with Tachi's.... gentle persuasion, I patched things up with Syn."

"That did not, however, make Syn any less subdued in matters of what's in my pants."  -_-  "And I once again had to push him away... only physically this time."  *sigh*

"I think this finally worked, because he actually stopped accosting me... until I was ready."

"And I did, eventually, become ready........  ..........   ......."

".........."  *cough cough*

"But before we could get very far, we were interrupted by another newcomer.  .....  Needless to say, I was no longer in the mood after that bit of utter mortification."

"And that's where we left off."
