Road Tripping

Day one -

Tachi:  "We're going on a road trip!"

Quincy:  "A long one."

Tachi:  "We're going to Seattle!"

Tachi:  "Look!  Indiana is welcoming us."  ^_^

Tachi:  "Is Nebraska really the good life?"

Tachi:  "Seems kinda.... borking."

Quincy:  "I think you mean 'boring'."

Tachi:  "I see a hill!  .....  No, wait.... that's a cow....."

Tachi:  "Seattle!"

Quincy:  "Actually, this is Omaha..."

Tachi:  "Oh...."

Tachi:  "So now what...?"

Quincy:  "We must plan for tomorrow."

Day two -

Tachi:  "Wait........  Now where are we?"

Quincy:  "???"

Tachi:  "Seattle!"

Quincy:  "It's Rock Springs."

Tachi:  "Oh...."

Tachi:  "So now what?"

Quincy:  "You need to pay more attention."

Day three -

Me:  "It's the Teton Mountains~  They're so majestic, aren't they, guys?  .........  Guys.....?"

Me:  "Hey!  Pay attention to the mountains!  Heeeeey!"

Tachi:  "Oooh~!  What's that!?"

Quincy:  "That is the cone geyser known as Old Faithful, the largest regular geyser in Yellowstone National Park.  The eruptions occur every 35 to 120 minutes, with the waterspout reaching 106 to 185 feet.  It discharges anywhere from 3,700 to 8,400 gallons of boiling hot water during the eruptions.  When the Washburn Expedition came across the geyser in September of 1870, Nathaniel Langford wrote-"

Tachi:  "Quincy!"

Quincy:  "Hm?"

Tachi:  "Just shut up and watch it."  ^^;

Tachi:  "Hey, what's the hold up?  .........  Oh."

Day four -

Tachi:  "This is..."

Quincy:  "Montana."

Tachi:  "It's pretty."

Quincy:  ::nod::

Tachi:  "We could get a cottage out here in the mountains....."

Quincy:  "That would be nice..."

Day five -

Tachi:  "SEATTLE!!!"

Tachi:  "We made it."

Quincy:  "Did you think we wouldn't?"

Tachi:  "Well, I was starting to wonder......"  ^^;

Quincy:  O_O

Tachi:  "Eh?"

Quincy:  "That's....."

Tachi:  "What?"

Quincy:  "The library."  ♥_♥

Quincy: "Pirozhki."

Tachi:  "Piralala?"

Quincy:  "Pirozhki."

Tachi:  "Pichiki?"

Quincy:  "Pirozhki."

Tachi:  "Piloshkey."

Quincy:  "..... Close enough."

Tachi:  "Quick; nobody's looking~"

Day six -

Day eight -

Tachi:  "Los Angele-!  ......  Oh... It's...."

Quincy:  "Scary."

Me:  "Please back away from the window.."

Day nine -

Tachi:  "Ooh, we're going to get on that?  w00t!  I've never been on a plane before.  .....  Outside of a box, that is..."

Tachi:  "So where are we going, anyway?"

Me:  ::grin::

Tachi:  "Hawaii!!"

Quincy:  "Wow..."

Tachi:  "It's like a honeymoon!"

Quincy:  ::blush::

Day eleven -

Tachi:  "What should we do tomorrow?"

Quincy:  "How about....  Pearl Harbor.............?"

Day twelve -

Tachi:  "............"

Tachi:  "I'm.... sorry."

Quincy:  "What for?"

Tachi:  "You know....  Japan... and that... and...."

Quincy:  "I wasn't aware you had anything to do with it."

Tachi:  "Well, I mean... I didn't personally, but.."

Quincy:  "Then there's nothing to be sorry about."

Tachi:  "I........  ........  Yeah..

        Ooh, take a picture of that!"

Tachi:  "Hav will be amused.  .....  And confused."  X3

Quincy:  "Ah.  He'll say 'I was at the airfields?' and think on it for a long time."

Day thirteen -

Quincy:  "How shall we spend our last day in Hawaii?"

Tachi:  "I think we should stay in for the day~"  ::grin::

Day fifteen; Anime Expo -

Tachi:  "They look vaguely familiar, but I can't place why....."

Quincy:  "You really can't tell?"

Tachi:  "???"

Day eighteen; Anime Expo -

Tachi:  "I got this for you."

Quincy:  "But......"

Tachi:  "Put it on."

Quincy:  "But......."

Tachi:  "It's cute!"  =D

Quincy:  "But......... I'm a boy."

Day.......... uh.......  I lost count.  .^^;; -

Tachi:  "Ooooh~  Historic Route 66.  ....  Why's it historic?"

Quincy:  "Called 'The Mother Road' by John Steinbeck, Route 66 was th-"

Tachi:  "The short version!"

Quincy:  "Um...  It was one of the first U.S. highways, running all the way from Chicago to Los Angeles.  .....  And there was a song about it."

Tachi:  "Oh.  Neat."

Tachi:  "America is so big!"

Quincy:  "Though it's actually smaller than Canada."

Tachi:  "Japan is tiny....."

Quincy:  "...... But so cute?"

Tachi:  ^^;

Tachi:  "This looks familiar......"

Quincy:  "We're back in Illinois..  We're almost home."

Tachi:  "Look!"

Quincy:  "Eh?"

Tachi:  "You're just a mile ahead!"  XD

Quincy:  "???"

Day 22; home at last -

Me:  "Hey guys~  We're ho-  Oh."

"Perhaps we should let them sleep."

Me:  "Liebechen~!"  ♥

Günter:  "Welcome back."

Me:  "I missed you guys.  ........  Is that a bag of ice?"

Antonio:  "My ass is in great pain."

Me:  .^^;;;;

Point is, it was a wonderful trip.  .^_^  A great experience, that we'll never forget.
