Oh You

After weeks and weeks of saying I was going to take Günter to school with me, I finally got around to actually doing it.  (Meaning, I finally had a day where I didn't have to work or run some other errand after or between classes.)  My school, which the name of is cleverly hidden in this episode's title, has a rather lovely campus, so made for good photographing.  I think Günter really enjoyed being at there.

And here I must apologize for the amount of pictures here, many of which are of the same scene and pose.  Normally I take a bunch of shots of one pose to make sure I get at least one that looks decent.  But somehow, on this day they all seemed beautiful, so I kept a good most of them.  .^^

Or maybe I'm just smitten with him...

He traveled by tote.  .^,^

Me:  "You look really kind of uncomfortable in there."  .^^;

Günter:  "......."

There's a small courtyard that looks kind of like a little Japanese garden.

On the bridge over the pond/lake..

He was very happy when we went to the library, and insisted we stay for a while, which was fine with me because it was air conditioned.  .^^  So I played on the computers while he...researched.

He's determined to find a way to make himself taller.

Then in the yard outside the library..

And...then I ran out of space on my camera...  .^^;

The sad part is, while it was  perfectly beautiful and hot during the day, when I came out of my evening class I discovered a tropical storm had moved in.  .o_o  So I had to run to my car with him in his bag all covered, trying desperately to keep him dry..  .;_;  It was so traumatic.

But he remained unscathed.  .^^

And for pictures such as these, it was worth it.  =3
