Autumn Leaves

With a chill wind in the air, Günter put on his sweater and [new] scarf, to check out the leaves that have changed color and fallen in the autumn season.

"Why have they all fallen down?"

"Why did they all turn brown?"

"They're dead?"

"Even the so-called Evergreens are dying."

"This area used to be full of life."

"Now there's just weeds and wind."

"But in spring it shall all live again."

"The Earth is beautiful."

Outside time makes him poetic.  .^^;
